Christ-Centered and Bible-Centered

Our Biblical Foundation

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living. God’s Word reveals who He is, shows mankind the way of salvation, and teaches believers how to live in obedience to Him.

2 Timothy 3:16-17Psalm 119:105Isaiah 40:8

God

We believe there is one true and living God, the Creator and Lord of all, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. He is holy, righteous, merciful, loving, and worthy of all worship, obedience, and glory.

Genesis 1:1Deuteronomy 6:4Matthew 28:192 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He is the Word made flesh, the sinless Saviour, and the only way to the Father. He died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day.

John 1:1John 1:14John 14:61 Corinthians 15:3-4

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, draws people to Christ, fills and empowers believers, and helps Christians walk in truth, holiness, and obedience to God’s Word.

John 16:7-13Acts 1:8Galatians 5:16Romans 8:14

Salvation

We believe all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, so every person needs salvation. Salvation is the gift of God through Jesus Christ. It is not earned by good works, religion, or personal effort, but received by grace through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Romans 3:23Ephesians 2:8-9Romans 10:9-10Acts 4:12Titus 3:5

Repentance and Faith

We believe the Bible calls all people to repent and believe the gospel. Repentance means turning from sin and turning to God. Faith means trusting in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. This is how a person responds to the salvation Christ offers.

Mark 1:15Acts 2:38Acts 3:19Romans 10:13

Holy Living

We believe followers of Jesus are called to live holy, obey God’s Word, walk in love, and be led by the Holy Spirit. Holiness is not about self-righteousness, but about a life surrendered to God.

1 Peter 1:15-16Hebrews 12:14Galatians 5:22-23John 14:15

Baptism and Discipleship

We believe believers are called to follow Jesus in obedience, baptism, discipleship, prayer, fellowship, and continued growth in God’s Word — living out the Great Commission Christ gave to His people.

Matthew 28:19-20Acts 2:41-42Luke 9:232 Peter 3:18

The Church

We believe all who are saved through Jesus Christ are joined together as the Church, the body of Christ. Believers are members one of another, called to gather, worship, love, and serve so that the whole body is built up in Him.

1 Corinthians 12:27Ephesians 1:22-23Acts 2:41-42

The Great Commission

We believe Jesus commanded His followers to go into all the world, preach the gospel, make disciples, and teach others to observe His Word. This mission is central to The Great Commission Network.

Matthew 28:19-20Mark 16:15Acts 1:8

The Return of Christ

We believe Jesus Christ will return. Believers are called to remain faithful, watchful, and ready as we continue serving Him and proclaiming the gospel.

John 14:2-3Acts 1:111 Thessalonians 4:16-17Revelation 22:12
